We start with a short call to talk through your goals, timeline, and what’s not working right now. Once we’re aligned, you’ll book your project, accept the proposal, sign the contract, and submit your deposit.

Prep

You’ll schedule a strategy call, receive a simple workbook, and gather your branding, copy, and images. This lays the foundation so design and development move smoothly.

Design

I create a design concept based on your goals and audience. You’ll review it, share feedback, and we’ll refine things until it feels right. Once approved, we move into the build.

Build

I develop the site page by page, adding custom functionality where needed. You’ll review the site, request revisions, and see everything come together.

Launch!

Your site goes live. I host and maintain it for three months, then transition you to a care plan – or provide a full handoff if you prefer to manage things yourself.

The issue usually isn’t how the site was built, it’s that your business has grown, and the website hasn’t. If it feels fragile, hard to update, or no longer represents what you do or who you are, that’s when it’s worth getting some help.

Sometimes a few tweaks are enough. Other times, trying to patch an old site ends up being more frustrating (and more expensive) than starting fresh.

I’ll always be honest about that. If your current site has a solid foundation, we can absolutely work with it. If it’s fighting you at every turn, I’ll explain why a rebuild on WordPress might actually be the better (and sometimes quicker) option.

Most custom website projects take 4-8 weeks, depending on the scope and how quickly we move through reviews. I’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront and I’ll always keep you updated on progress, so there’s no guessing where things stand.

For the first three months, I host and maintain your site so everything settles in smoothly. After that, you can move into my website management plan or take the site over yourself with a full handoff.
